• Family Law (Civil & Syariah) — divorce, custody, maintenance, PPOs, variation applications, and enforcement.
• Cross‑Border Family Matters — international marriages, relocation, jurisdictional issues, and recognition of foreign orders.
• Estate & Legacy Planning — wills, LPAs, estate administration, and Muslim estate matters.
• Advisory & Mediation Support — early‑stage guidance, strategy planning, and support for mediation or counselling processes.
Each case is handled personally by Ms Amalina Kamal, a lawyer experienced in both civil and Syariah family practice, with a background in cross‑border family arrangements.
